Nice offers shipping options for delivery within Singapore, as well as International orders.

Local (Singaporean) Orders are shipped out 1 - 2 working days once a purchase has been made. You can expect your item to arrive 2 - 3 working days after the item has been shipped out. Local shipping cost is $4.

Orders made through the site are processed from Monday to Saturday. A processing time of 1 - 2 working days applies to all orders both domestic and international. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Orders are only delivered to your nominated address Monday to Saturday between business hours.

RETURNS

Nice will accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact hello@nicelifestyle.co within 14 days of receiving your order with your details, a full description of the goods you wish to return, and your order number, which can be found on your confirmation email, or packing slip received with your order. You will then receive a response with instructions on where to send the goods and a reference number to quote on your package. Please note that no refunds are allowed.
